Welcome to TabVault ("TabVault," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TabVault website, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

TabVault provides tools for browser tab organization and session management, including features such as virtual groups, tagging, local session saving, and optional cloud/Drive-related features for eligible users.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

Some features may require a paid license (e.g., "Pro" features).

• Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms (if any) are shown at purchase.
• You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and account information.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once access is granted.
• We may suspend or revoke Pro access in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent licensing, payment, or usage controls.
• Upload or transmit malware or malicious code.
• Use automated means to abuse APIs or infrastructure.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you store, sync, export, or share using TabVault.

If the Service offers optional third-party integrations (such as Google services), you authorize us to access only the scopes and permissions required to provide those features.

The Service may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, payment processors, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, content, or policies.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your data), is owned by TabVault and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction or compensation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TABVAULT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TabVault and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and/or provide notice as required by law. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
